Alex started with Alliance Solutions Group in 2022 as part of the Food & Science team as a Recruitment Consultant. Now as part of the Capstone Search Advisor team she focuses primarily on filling higher-level roles in the Food & Beverage Industry in categories such as Production, Quality, Procurement, Maintenance, Marketing, etc. She prides herself on creating lasting relationships with her candidates and clients alike. She attended The University of Toledo and Youngstown State University.

Her previous professional background is in Clothing Retail Management where she led multiple stores in the Northeast Ohio area. As an Area Store Leader, she loved recruiting and training her team. This led her to start a role in agency recruiting which gave her a more balanced work schedule for her family and an exciting career opportunity to help others find their career matches.

Alex resides in Medina, OH, and is based out of the Independence, OH office. She has a 2-year-old son named Ari who takes up most of her free time. She enjoys shopping, touring wineries & breweries, and traveling whenever she has the chance! She is a true Cleveland sports fan and loves to attend games to cheer on the Browns and Cavs.
