After graduating from the University of Toledo in 2007, Jerry began his career in recruiting. He’s worked in the industry for 14 years, spending the majority of that time with Capstone Search Advisors. Jerry had the good fortune of working as a Director of Talent Acquisition for a middle-market manufacturer giving him a unique perspective on the challenges that organizations face. Bringing that valuable experience back to Alliance Search has helped him to advance his practice.
