Sarah Kauffman

Sarah Kauffman, a Senior Search Consultant with Capstone Search Advisors, comes with over five years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience. Her expertise includes recruiting mid to senior-level positions in the areas of Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales. Committed to being a true partner and advocate for both the candidates and clients she works with, Sarah’s process involves thorough research, a ton of listening, and taking the time to understand the needs of all parties. Sarah enjoys learning about emerging technologies and innovations, partnering with people and companies that are helping make a better tomorrow, and connecting people with an exciting and rewarding opportunity. Sarah holds a BFA and MA in Art History with a specialization in Italian Renaissance and Baroque Art. She and her husband enjoy living a life filled with art and make sure to stop at as many art museums as possible during their travels. Additionally, Sarah stays involved with the local arts community and teaches online introductory Art History courses at Kent State University. During her spare time, Sarah enjoys visiting local restaurants and breweries in the Cleveland/Akron area.
