John Freeman is a Search Consultant at Capstone, specializing in highly technical sales and engineering roles in manufacturing and technology. With candidates placed in specialties spanning manufacturing, packaging, controls, robotics, machine vision, and general automation, John brings a wealth of connections and ideas in all things cutting-edge.

As a “born again” salesman, John found recruitment to be his passion and his calling as “getting that call from a candidate who’s loving their new job” is his biggest motivator. Raised in a small farm town in rural Illinois and the son of a long-time forklift mechanic, he prides himself on his ability to speak to any level of an organization with respect and empathy.
