About Jason Litman:

After more than 15 years of leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies including Amazon, Wayfair, and Williams-Sonoma, Jason Litman joined Capstone Search in 2023 as a Practice Director specializing in retained search.

Jason partners closely with executives to identify and attract top talent through a thoughtful analysis of each client’s needs and the broader labor market. His expertise spans Sales, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, and Operations, with searches ranging from mid-level leadership to C-suite roles.

While his experience extends across multiple industries, Jason primarily focuses on retained searches within Manufacturing, Construction, and Industrial sectors, as well as supporting private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
