About Adrew Atchison:

Andrew (also known as Atch) joined Capstone Search Advisors as a Senior Search Consultant in 2025. With 7 years of recruiting experience, Andrew’s passion is connecting top talent with top companies in the automation and manufacturing space. Having completed thousands of interviews throughout his career, Andrew has built a vast network of professionals in engineering, sales, operations, field service, accounting/finance, and leadership.
He has appeared on industry podcasts, Manufacturing Happy Hour and Rivergate Marketing, and regularly attends industry trade shows and conferences such as Pack Expo, Automate, Powder and Bulk Solids, and Process Expo.

Andrew is a graduate of Purdue University living in Chicago. He loves to spend time with his fiancée, family, and friends and roots for all of the Chicago teams and of course Purdue.
