About Jessica Solt:

Jessica Solt is a Search Consultant with Capstone Search Advisors. A recent addition to the team, having joined the company in 2023. She has worked in Retail Management majority of her career for a large tech company. She started recruiting to fill retail and corporate spots and never looked back! Through her experience, she found her passion for people. She has always been a people leader by connecting with her candidates and making sure her clients are the top priority. She is resilient, optimistic, and enthusiastic. Her positive attitude shows in her work every day. She has a degree in Organizational Leadership from Cleveland State.

Outside of work, Jessica resides on the Westside of Cleveland with her two little boys and husband. She loves to cook and try new recipes, learn how to golf, and just be a mom.
