Vic Hull

Victor Hull joined Capstone Search Advisors in 2021 as a Search Consultant. Victor is a Miami of Ohio graduate who obtained his JD from the University of Akron School of Law. He is a licensed attorney who worked as General Counsel for nearly 20 years at a Real Estate Development firm in NE Ohio. He transitioned from that role to doing contract work for prominent law firms and subsequently found a home in the field of Legal Recruitment.

Victor brings a fresh perspective and is very effective in communicating his own experiences working in-house to attorneys or other legal professionals. Victor brings a strong work ethic combined with empathy and strong listening skills that assist him in working with our clients and candidates.

Victor is based in Southern California after moving from Shaker Heights in 2020. He is originally from Pittsburgh where he gained his love for sports and while he is a Cavs fan he remains loyal to his hometown teams which should not be held against him. Victor is a cinephile who enjoys spending time with his family and friends, walks along the beach, traveling to new places, and hanging out with his 2 fearless pugs.
